Here they are in a collective spot, all at once.
Monday tip: Flat hair sucks. It looks tired and boring. Avoid flat hair by styling your hair upside down. Simply do what you usually would ie. blow dry and flat iron, but this time with your head turned down as you see in the picture.

Tuesday tip: Who doesn't love to smell good?! Give your hair some love
by spritzing your favourite fragrance on your hairbrush and then
brushing your hair after styling. When ever you swish your hair around a
little burst of fragrance will linger in the air. My favourite
fragrance for the daytime right now is Elizabeth Arden Pretty.

Thursday tip: I recently discovered the magic that is a primer.
Basically a primer does for your skin what lingerie does for your figure
- they smooth, flatter, conceal and hold things in place, so that
everything you put on top of them looks immediately better. They work to
blur wrinkles, mattify, minimise the appearance of pores or even skin
tone, primers do this whilst creating a velvety base for make-up and
helping it to stay put for longer. These are some of my favourites.
Available at TheBodyShop , Dis-Chem | Pharmacists who care, Clicks, Foschini, Edgars, etc.
And yes, I skipped a day...it's not called Lazy Girl for nothing!

Friday tip: So face mists are all the rage right now. However, as much
as they are wonderful for your skin, they can cost a pretty penny. I
reckon, make your own. A cup of rose water and a tablespoon of aloe vera
gel in a little spray bottle can work wonders for refreshing and waking
skin up in summer or winter. I'm told green tea is also a great base
for face mists. Brew one cup with two teabags and add:
– antioxidant fresh mint to soothe red, dry, and sensitive skin (use four muddled leaves per cup of tea)
– antioxidant pure rosewater to hydrate and soothe red, dry, and sensitive skin (use equal parts rosewater and tea)
– jojoba oil to hydrate (just a few drops and remeber to shake the bottle before each use)
– witch-hazel extract to tone oily skin (a teaspoon of witch hazel per cup of tea)

No, I did not make these up, I am not a potion mistress. I found these potions that other people thought up and I am sharing their wisdom with you.

Monday tip: Embrace COCONUT OIL. Yes, coconut oil! It is magic and all the rage in beauty circles all around the world these days. It can be used on your hair, on your skin and in your food and drinks. The benefits are endless. I love using it on my hair for reinvigorated, shiny, healthy looking hair. Just massage it into your scalp and hair and then wash after a few hours or sleep on it and wash the next morning. Read up on more uses here: http://bit.ly/1D5jgfc

Tuesday tip: Using olive oil on frizz-prone hair not only improves its
appearance, but it also improves the elasticity and strengthens it too.
Use it sparingly though, especially on fine hair, as it's very strong
and can leave hair feeling greasy if used too liberally!

Wednesday tip: Blackheads be gone with Epsom Salts. Take a teaspoon of
Epsom Salts. Add three drops iodine and a half cup boiling water. Once
the mixture is cool enough to touch, apply to the blackheads with a
cotton bud. Heat again if necessary. You will find you can gently remove
the spot. Clean the area immediately with an astringent that contains
alcohol.
